through our website located at https://www.cramcrew.com, (including the use of the Cram Crew Online Portal)
(“Website”), our mobile application (“App”), and/or any related
services (which together with Website and App may collectively be referred to
as “Platform”).
When you use our Platform, you trust us with your
personal information. In this Policy we will explain to you the types of
information we may collect or that you may provide when you use our Platform
and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and
disclosing that information. This Policy
only applies to information you provide and we collect in our App or Website.

understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how it is treated. If you do not agree with our policies and
practices, do not download our App, register with, or use our Platform. By using our Platform, you agree to this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time (see
Changes to Our Privacy Policy below). Your continued use of our Platform after we
revise this Policy means you accept those changes, so please check the Policy
periodically for updates.
Information We Collect and How We Collect It
When you access, download, or use our Website and/or
App, we may ask you to provide certain types of information for the individual
purpose specified at the time you input such information. This includes information by which you may be
personally identified, such as first name, last name, email address, and
telephone number, account information, such as security-related information
(including usernames, passwords, and authentication methods), service-related
information (including purchase history and account profiles), billing-related
information (including payment, shipping, and billing information), and similar
data (“PersonalInformation”) and information about you which
individually does not identify you, such as the types of services interested
in, your student's name, your student's school and grade level, and any
additional information for which you choose to provide.
This information is collected in various ways,
including but not limited to:
· Information that you provide to us in person, over the phone or by filling out forms on the Website and/orApp. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Platform. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the App or Website.
· Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers) if you contact us.
· Details of transactions you carry out through the Website and/or App and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through the Website and/or App.

When you download, access, and/or use the App or

Details. When you access and/or use the App or Website, we may
automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App or
Website, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data, and
resources that you access and use on or through the App or Website.

address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the
device's telephone number.

· To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
· To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including Cram Crew's End-User License Agreement and for billing and collection.
· If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cram Crew, our customers or others.
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can review and change your Personal Information by
logging into the Website or App and visiting your account profile page.
You may also send us an email at Technology@cramcrew.com to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal
Information that you have provided to us.
We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your
user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we
believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the
information to be incorrect.
Children Under the Age of 13
Cram Crew is committed to safeguarding the information
our student users who are under the age of 13 (“minor”) and it is our
intent to fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of
1998 and its rules (collectively, “COPPA”). COPPA requires us to inform parents and legal
guardians (as used in this section, “parents”) about our practices for
collecting, using, and disclosing minor's Personal Information. Cram Crew's Platformisspecifically designed
to function without third party access to a minor's Personal Information. Neither our Website nor App collects or
retains any Personal Information from minors except as needed to facilitate
tutoring for that minor student.
We do not allow minors to provide any direct personally
identifiable information (for example, name, address, and telephone number
information); all such information will be collected solely from parents and/or
consultants. Such Personal Information
provided by parents and/or consultants will be available only to our office
staff, consultants who are assigned to the student, the student, and the
student's parents. We will never
otherwise share or use such information without prior parental consent.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal
Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration,
and disclosure. All information you
provide to us that we store is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any
payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.Certain
payment-related information may be securely stored with our PCI DSS compliant
third-party payment processor.
The safety and security of your information also
depends on you. Where we have given you
(or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform,
you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with
anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the
internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal
Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information
transmitted through our Platform. Any
transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of
any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat
our users' Personal Information, we will post the new Policy on our Website and
App with a notice that the Policy has been updated and notify you by email to
the primary email address specified in your account.

identified at the top of this Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and
deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting this Policy to
